RECEPTIONinhouse is one of four products on the SERVICESinhouse platform from CEAVEO UG. It addresses shared/role inboxes (info@, contact@, support@) by classifying incoming mail, suggesting replies in the organisation's voice, and routing items to the right person.

Status: Internal use, BETA in preparation. Public page is intentionally teaser-level until shortly before BETA.
